SB Technology is promoting each business under the management philosophy of "Making Information Revolution - Happiness for everyone- Technologies Design the Future -" and the management policy of "growing big." Our greatest asset is "people = employees."
Our company has "Values," which are values and guidelines for action that were created through discussion among all employees. The three perspectives in our "Values" -- "Growth," "Trust," and "Value" -- and the three actions -- "Enjoy," "Create," and "Connect" -- can be freely combined, expressing the unique character of SB Technology which values building a team that respects diverse values.
There are various elements to "DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)," which also leads to the realization of our company's values, but as a gradual initiative, we have focused on "women's participation in the workforce" and have established a promotion team to begin the initiative. First of all, we will increase the ratio of female employees and "strengthen and enhance education and career development support" for promotion to management positions.
We will continue to promote the active participation of women in the workplace in order to realize our vision of "diverse working styles and an environment that encourages challenges," and ultimately to create new value through the growth of each and every employee.

Action Plan

SB Technology has formulated an action plan with the aim of becoming a company where all employees, including women, can work with enthusiasm by providing the work-life balance and workplace environment necessary for women to play an active role. We aim to achieve our goal by grasping the situation regarding women's participation in the workforce, analyzing issues, publishing an action plan, and regularly implementing and measuring the effectiveness of initiatives.

Initiatives to promote women's participation in the workplace

We are conducting various initiatives to support women's careers, such as roundtable discussions, seminars, and mentoring programs.

We have introduced a mentoring system for female managers. We support the careers of female employees through one-on-one meetings with managers.

We conduct training to promote diversity and inclusion, including unconscious bias, by inviting external lecturers.

We hold roundtable discussions, seminars, workshops, etc. where people can learn about advanced initiatives in the area of women's participation in the workforce. We also aim to promote understanding of these initiatives by disseminating information about these initiatives both inside and outside the company.

We have been certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as an excellent company with regard to the implementation of initiatives for women's participation in the workforce, receiving the highest rating (level 3) of the "Eruboshi" certification. Our company's implementation met the standards for all evaluation items, including recruitment, continued employment, and working hours and other aspects of working style, and we received the highest rating.

We have been certified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as a "childcare support company" based on the Act on Promotion of Support for Raising Next-Generation Children. As part of our efforts to recognize the diversity of our employees and create an environment in which they can work with enthusiasm, we have made efforts to create an environment in which employees who are giving birth or raising children can easily balance their work and childcare responsibilities, and our efforts as a company have been recognized.
