■Background
In recent years, work style reform and digital transformation have led to the widespread use of work styles and cloud services that allow access to information assets from both inside and outside the company. At the same time, many companies are implementing stronger security measures by introducing multiple security services to counter cyber attacks that are becoming more sophisticated every year. In this environment, SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), which can integrate and manage all network security, has appeared several years ago, due to the hassle of managing products from multiple manufacturers and the shortage of personnel due to the high level of expertise required for security. Among these, Cato SASE Cloud has attracted a lot of attention due to its high scalability that allows for gradual introduction, its ease of operation with an intuitive user interface, and the realization of a safe and high-speed private communication environment and its ease of introduction.
SBT has been expanding its lineup of security services to meet customer needs. We have now started handling products from Cato Networks, a leading SASE company, and will also begin providing operational support for Cato SASE Cloud.
■ About Cato SASE Cloud Operational Support
SBT engineers who are familiar with Cato SASE Cloud will perform configuration work according to the customer's security environment for major product functions such as SBT-WAN, a wide-area network between bases, ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access), SWG (Secure Web Gateway)/FWaaS (Firewall as a Service), and Threat Prevention, which comprehensively covers various threats. Furthermore, our Network Operations Center (NOC) constantly monitors the system and notifies you of fault information, allowing you to quickly and smoothly complete the setup work at the time of installation to the work related to operation, while contributing to the recent shortage of security personnel and the efficiency of the work of security personnel in charge of operation. In addition, we offer monthly report creation and regular report meetings as paid options.
