[Service] Beta version of OnePortal Modern's new feature "AI text generation" released

When registering an item in a site content list in SharePoint Online, you can now use the automatic text generation function using generation AI when entering "multi-line text".

<Example of operations when creating a notice>

1. Register the subject, category, and other attribute information in advance, other than the notification body.
2. When you click "Generate Text" in the "Multi-line text" field, which will be the main text of your notification, a separate screen for generating text will appear.
3. In the "Additional Instructions" field, enter how you want to write the text (such as bullet points) or any other information you want to include, then select the length of the entire text from the "Length" options.
   *"Additional instructions" can generate sentences without any input, but it is useful for further polishing your sentences.
4. Click the "Create Draft" button on the screen.
5. The body of the email will be generated based on the subject, "Additional Instructions," and "Length" information you entered in advance.
6. Finally, click the "Apply" button and the generated text will be reflected in the notification body field.

This function is expected to reduce the time spent considering the content of messages when posting to message boards, and to improve the work efficiency of posters.

Recently, we have received many requests from customers who use OnePortal Modern regarding generative AI (AI chatbots, AI personalization, etc.). With an eye toward expanding the functionality of our future services using generative AI, we have developed the first step in this endeavor: a text generation function aimed at "reducing the time it takes to post on message boards."

Based on the valuable feedback from customers who used this beta version, we will continue to optimize this feature for its official release, and will also consider further functional expansion using generative AI, such as linking it with our generative AI service, "dailyAI."
