[Introduction example] Japan National Land Development makes effective use of Microsoft 365 with clouXion

We would like to inform you that we have introduced the Microsoft 365 implementation and operation support service and clouXion, SBT 's unique service for making more effective use of Microsoft 365, for the development of Microsoft 365.

Scope of Microsoft 365 usage

■Background of introduction

Nihon Kokudo Kaihatsu is a general construction company that focuses on civil engineering and architecture. Since our establishment in 1951, we have developed into a general construction business, engaging in a variety of businesses, including developing machinery for civil engineering work, leasing construction machinery, and contracting out civil engineering work. In order to respond flexibly to the rapid changes in business in recent years, we are promoting digital transformation (hereinafter referred to as DX) and are updating our core systems as part of the redevelopment of our system infrastructure.
The Information Systems Department is proceeding with operational reforms such as introducing IT into its operations, reducing the workload related to operations, and developing human resources. However, it believes that after the release of the core system, inquiries from users by phone and email will increase, so it has reduced the number of personnel. We believed it was necessary to prepare for shortages and increased workload. We also had various issues to consider regarding DX, such as strengthening governance to effectively utilize Microsoft 365, strengthening email security to prevent information leaks, and security measures for smartphone replacement.
SBT has a rich track record of implementing Microsoft solutions and has developed its own service, clouXion, to support customers' DX promotion using Microsoft solutions. We decided to introduce clouXion because it offers comprehensive support.

■Effects of introduction

"Knowledge Bot," a chatbot that automatically handles inquiries, has about 100 FAQs registered and is used by dozens of users every week. It is also expected to be used to improve the system since it is possible to understand what users are looking for based on the question content. With the email security service "Mail Safe," users can now automatically assign a password to a file and send it without them having to be aware of it, thereby enhancing security. In the future, we will release "Provisioning Flow" to automate the creation of Microsoft Teams teams and distribution lists, and we will also digitize applications that are scattered throughout the company, such as applications for loaned items when joining the company, which are done via email. We are also making plans to move forward.
