[Service] Knowledge Bot, a chatbot linked to Office 365, now offers “collective intelligence function”

We would like to inform you that we have started offering "collective intelligence function", an optional feature of "Knowledge Bot", a chatbot that works with Office 365 including Microsoft Teams, on our website.

Knowledge Bot is a chatbot solution that automates inquiry response by registering questions and answers. It can respond immediately 24 hours a day, 365 days a year based on pre-registered data, and is equipped with a variety of functions to share all knowledge within the company. The collective intelligence function provides a mechanism to create Q&A to be included in the chatbot by consolidating the knowledge of all employees, not just administrators. Therefore, the operational work for administrators can be reduced.
