Our health management initiatives
Based on a declaration from top management, we have established a health management promotion system to support the health of each employee in order to maintain and improve the health of employees and their families, and promote health management so that each employee can fully demonstrate their abilities. doing.
In order to prevent long working hours, we are designing work systems that allow for efficient and flexible working styles and are working to reduce overtime hours. In addition to the temporary introduction of telework, we have also established a system where you can choose between a work style that primarily involves telework or one that primarily involves office work.
