Our web font evangelist Hiroyuki Sekiguchi will be on stage as a speaker at "Type&", which will be held online on Thursday, December 9, 2021.
Type& is a typeface seminar and workshop event hosted by Monotype in Japan. We will explore the possibilities of typefaces with various guests from Japan and abroad.
In this seminar, titled "Tell me, uncle font! Issues and solutions for Japanese web fonts," we will thoroughly explain basic questions and questions that are often asked about web fonts from a technical perspective. We will also answer the question, "How far has on-screen typography evolved this year?" while introducing actual examples of web font implementation.
