In response to PayPay Corporation's launch of "PayPay Salary Receipt," *1 SoftBank Group companies will support wage payments (digital wage payments) based on the Enforcement Regulations of the Labor Standards Act (hereinafter "digital wage payments") and will begin digitally paying salaries to PayPay accounts for employees who wish to do so, starting with the September 2024 salary. This will increase the options for employees to receive their salaries as part of employee benefits, and will promote the expansion of the PayPay economic sphere throughout the group.

The following 10 companies have decided to support "PayPay Salary Receipt".
SoftBank Group Corp., SoftBank Corp., LINE Yahoo Japan Corporation, PayPay Corporation, SB C&S Corp., SB SB Technology Corp., SB Payment Service Corp., PayPay Card Corp., PayPay Securities Corp.

"PayPay Salary Receipt," which allows employees of SoftBank Group companies to receive their salary via PayPay account, will be made available by PayPay Corporation from August 14th, ahead of other companies. When employees who wish to receive their salary via PayPay account apply through the "PayPay Salary Receipt" mini-app displayed within the PayPay app, a "salary receipt account" for receiving their salary, a "PayPay Money Account (Salary Receipt)" to hold the salary received as PayPay balance, and an "account number for deposits to the salary receipt account" to charge the "PayPay Money Account (Salary Receipt)" via bank transfer will all be set in their PayPay account *2.

The 10 SoftBank Group companies that support digital salary payments will conclude the necessary labor-management agreements. Employees (users) will receive explanations from each company about the points to note regarding digital salary payments, and after individually agreeing, they will apply to each company for a "salary receiving account number" as the salary transfer account. The amount of salary to be received in the PayPay account can be specified by the employee (user) through each company's personal management system (up to 200,000 yen), and each company will make a bank transfer to the "salary receiving account number", allowing the employee (user) to receive the salary as PayPay Money (salary) *3 in their own PayPay account. As a result, a certain amount of salary specified by the employee (user) will be automatically charged to the PayPay balance every month, so you can use "PayPay" for everyday shopping and asset management without the hassle of charging your balance. In addition, the increase in the number of salary transfer accounts will increase the convenience of asset management for different purposes, making it possible to use it according to your own lifestyle.

SoftBank Group will continue to take on new challenges while adapting to changes in society, aiming for sustainable growth by taking the lead in adopting new systems that leverage technology.
