■ Background of the event
In response to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, SBT conducted a live broadcast using Microsoft Teams at its financial results briefing held on April 27, 2020, the first in Japan.
The general meeting of shareholders will continue to be held via live streaming with all executives, including the chairperson, participating online, with the safety of shareholders as the top priority, and based on operational policies that are conscious of reducing the size, shortening the time, and avoiding close contact. I decided to do it.
In addition to live streaming, as an alternative to participating in resolutions and asking questions at the general meeting of shareholders, we accept advance voting rights and questions/opinions in writing or online.
In addition, we will conduct a viewing test to check in advance whether you can view live streaming using Microsoft Teams in your current environment. We will support your participation by preparing easy-to-understand manuals so that you will not be unable to watch the meeting on the day of the general meeting of shareholders.
