SoftBank Technology Corp. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO Shinichi Ata, hereinafter referred to as SBT) is aiming to support an environment in which students with specialized knowledge and skills can play an active role early on. We would like to inform you that we will start the "Grade Skip System" from the time of recruitment.

About the “Grade Skip System”

Since 2013, we have expanded our business by focusing on three business areas: cloud, security, and big data. In addition, since fiscal 2016, we have defined the IoT field as a future business field, and have expanded the scope of our business by actively conducting demonstration experiments and establishing a subsidiary in the ICT agriculture field.

The Grade Skip System, which starts today, is a system to enable students with unique achievements and skills, such as experience winning top prizes in competitions in the fields that the company focuses on, research in statistics that can be applied to business, or entrepreneurial experience during their student days, to play an active role early on. The company has adopted a grade system based on roles, but by using this system, even new graduates can immediately apply the grade according to their role after joining the company (in the highest position, they will be placed in the grade just below Management Level). Starting salaries will be 257,000 to 305,000 yen per month depending on the role (up to 35% more than for regular undergraduates).

Through this system, students with a track record and skills as specialists can have the chance to take on a major role and play an active role from the time they join the company, and we believe this will lead to the promotion of hiring talented employees and further business expansion. thinking about.

■ Application conditions (new graduates hired in April 2018)

Year of joining Those who can join the company on April 1, 2018 (limited to those without work experience)
Apply Those who have graduated from a technical college or above or have graduated from a graduate school (master's/doctoral degree) and are under 28 years old
Experience requirements ●People who have the technology skills that our company is looking for and have an excellent track record in competitions, etc.
●Entrepreneurship experience during student days
●Experience in starting an NPO organization
●Leadership experience in a group of 50 or more people
●Other people who have achievements similar to the experience above.
