SoftBank Group operates the domestic telecommunications business, Sprint business, Yahoo business, distribution business, Arm business, SoftBank Vision Fund and Delta Fund business, etc. Within the group, the Company operates an ICT services business, leveraging its strengths in the technical fields of "cloud," "security," and "big data," primarily for domestic corporations and government agencies.

As mentioned above, SoftBank Group and SBGI are the parent companies that own 54.3% of the voting rights of the Company, and are in a position to influence the management decisions of the Company through the exercise of their rights as majority shareholders. However, the Company believes that a certain degree of independence is ensured because the Company conducts business operations with its own management responsibility based on its own decision-making.

In addition, in order to solicit opinions from outside the company and to improve the effectiveness of audits, one person who is the head of a related business unit of SoftBank Group has been appointed as Corporate Auditor of the Company.
