The Company's parent company, SoftBank Group Corp. ("SBG"), is a member of a corporate group (" ") centered on SBG. ("SBG") is engaged in various businesses in the information industry, including the domestic telecommunications business, the Sprint business, the Yahoo! SBG and SoftBank Group International LLC are parent companies that own 54.6% of the Company's voting rights as described above, and are in a position to influence the Company's business decisions through the exercise of their rights as majority shareholders. However, the Company believes that a certain degree of independence is secured in the development of its business, as the Company manages its business based on its own decision-making and with its own management responsibility.

Our sales dependence on our parent company is low, and like other business partners, we determine selling prices by taking into account the cost of the project, selling, general and administrative expenses, appropriate profits, market trends, etc. Furthermore, the calculation and determination of price conditions are the same as with other business partners.
