We would like to announce that as of April 1, 2017, there will be a change in our parent company and largest major shareholder.

1. Background to the transfer
SoftBank Group Corp. ("SBG") is the parent company that indirectly holds the Company's shares through its wholly owned subsidiary SoftBank Group Japan, LLC. Today, the Company was notified by SBG that at the SBG board of directors meeting held today, it has resolved to effect an absorption-type merger (the "Merger") with SoftBank Group 's subsidiary, SoftBank Group International, LLC ("SBGI"), as the surviving company and SoftBank Group Japan, LLC ("SBGJ"), as the disappearing company, with the effective date scheduled for April 1, 2017.
We would like to inform you that as a result of this merger, our parent company will change from SBGJ to SBGI.

4. Changes in unlisted parent companies, etc. to be disclosed
As a result of the above changes, SBGI will become our new parent company. However, since SBGI is an intermediate holding company for a wholly owned subsidiary of SBG and SBG is the parent company that has the greatest influence on our company, SBGI will not be considered an unlisted parent company subject to disclosure.

This change in parent company will have no impact on our business performance.
