[Service] OnePortal Modern feature update "Simplified notification settings" released

Until now, the lists used by the daily notification feature, "Notification Settings Master" and "Notification Settings List," had to be created on the provisioning site, and edited on SharePoint.

With this update, both creation and editing can now be completed on the provisioning site.

Additionally, since the November 4th release, we have been sending emails to users who have not yet completed the initial setup of Teams notifications with instructions on how to set them up. However, you can now choose to turn this email on (send) or off (not send) on the provisioning site.
