OnePortal Modern, our portal site construction service for SharePoint Online, began offering a new web part, "Employee Search," on October 21, 2025.
In addition to basic information such as employees' departments and contact details, personal information such as hobbies and special skills can also be displayed and searched, which not only improves work efficiency but also greatly contributes to revitalizing internal communication.

You can view and search basic information such as employees' departments, email addresses, and phone numbers.
To display employee information, you must have Microsoft Entra ID user information set up.
Additionally, some information must be entered by the user on the Employee Search Web Part.
