Our generative AI service, "dailyAI," will begin offering a new feature as a standard feature from June 23, 2025: proofreading PowerPoint files and downloading proofread files.
In addition, if you use SharePoint Online as storage, it is now possible to "control file access using SharePoint Online permissions."
■ Proofreading of PowerPoint files and download of proofread files
Upload the PowerPoint file you want to proofread and a file that defines the proofreading criteria*1 (e.g., "your company" should be written as "your company" and double words such as "first" should not be used), and proofread while checking the parts to be proofread on the chat screen. You can also download the proofread PowerPoint file. This function allows you to efficiently check for typos and standardize regulations.

*We cannot proofread the layout of images, charts, etc., or notes.
*Calculations cannot be calibrated.
*Font and formatting cannot be corrected.
■ File access control based on SharePoint Online permissions
It is now possible to inherit the reference permissions for each file set in SharePoint Online. (For standard plan)
Answer generation uses only files with permission to view, so users without permission cannot use the AI or view the files. This improves the security of data management.
