Our generative AI service, "dailyAI," began offering new features, "Company-wide prompt" and "Company file (RAG) default storage," on January 29, 2025.
The "Company-wide prompt" function allows administrators to register company-specific prompts, eliminating the need for users to think about prompts each time and allowing them to work more quickly. This system is expected to promote the standardization of AI usage skills among all employees, and to maximize the benefits of AI utilization by utilizing effective prompts.
"In-house file (RAG) default storage" allows you to store in-house files in the dailyAI environment storage and use them to generate answers. The standard plan, which allows you to generate answers from in-house files, was previously limited to companies using SharePoint Online, but is now available to a wide range of companies without any usage restrictions.

By uploading the file to the dailyAI environment storage in advance from the management screen, it will be available for use in the generative AI.
■ Company-wide prompts
By registering your own unique prompts through the administration screen, they can be used across the entire company.
