Ariake Netcom introduced security products to government customers and provided operation and monitoring during business hours, excluding emergencies. However, when an alert is detected, it is necessary to conduct an investigation to understand the degree of risk for all alerts, and serious alerts require top priority response, so engineers responsible for operation and monitoring must There were concerns about the burden on staff and the impact on other operations. We also felt that it was necessary to provide services outside of business hours to improve the security level of our customers, so we decided to use SBT 's MSS.

By utilizing MSS, we can reduce the burden on engineers when detecting alerts, such as the initial investigation and analysis of detected alerts, and the investigation of alerts that clearly do not require a response, while also providing support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have realized the provision of services in an operational system. Additionally, we have established a system to double check alerts that require investigation with SBT, making it possible to provide higher quality security services. Furthermore, by using the investigation results report issued by MSS, we are able to report to our customers more quickly.
