Oricon ME operates the service industry customer satisfaction ranking site ``Oricon Japan Customer Satisfaction Ranking,'' which surveys customer satisfaction with companies' products and services across 53 categories in 9 categories, and provides overall rankings and age groups. In the process of creating the various rankings provided by the company, we aggregate data from over 1 million items and perform various analyses. Background of introduction

Oricon ME began considering the introduction of a data aggregation system in March 2014, with the aim of streamlining and speeding up the aggregation and analysis of the huge amount of data used in various rankings. We compared multiple solutions while considering all options, such as scratch development and operation of BI tools, and decided to choose QlikView based on its cost and ease of development, as well as its ability to be introduced in a short period of time. We have decided.

The implementation requirements required not only extensive QlikView knowledge and development experience, but also literacy in the research industry, including understanding industry-specific expertise and know-how, developing bespoke reports, and achieving early implementation.
In response to this, SBT assigned a person familiar with the industry to immediately incorporate the requests obtained in advance into a report. Furthermore, as a result of our proposals that included specific operational images, we were highly evaluated for our development capabilities, product understanding, quick response times, and support system that set us apart from other vendors.
In addition, by taking advantage of QlikView's features and building the system in an agile manner in which development is carried out while adjusting the operational image each time, we were able to implement the system quickly in about a month.

In addition to improving the efficiency of data aggregation and analysis of the "Oricon Japan Customer Satisfaction Ranking," the company takes advantage of the flexibility and speed of freely setting analysis axes to expand horizontally to other businesses and management departments. We plan to use QlikView.
