~ Compatible with SSO that enables secure use of workplace data with an overview of the entire construction workflow ~
SB Technology Corp.
SB Technology Corp. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Shinichi Ata, hereinafter referred to as SBT) has expanded external collaboration with Con-Bridge, an integrated ID management service for construction sites. We are pleased to announce that it is now possible to link with the "AEC Collection (Autodesk® Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection)" provided by Autodesk Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Autodesk).
The service is scheduled to be available in November 2021.
■Background
Currently, the introduction and utilization of BIM is progressing in the construction industry. There are high expectations for its use as a platform that can be used to improve the design process, as well as to be used as an information database for post-construction maintenance and management, IoT, and AI.
In 2020, the BIM/CIM Promotion Committee of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism set out a concrete roadmap (*2) to “apply BIM/CIM (*1) principles to all public works except small-scale works by 2023.” It is expected that BIM will penetrate and expand in the future.
In response, Autodesk released AEC Collection, a suite of BIM and CAD tools supported by a common cloud-based data environment to maximize collaboration between designers, engineers, and construction workers. . In addition, we have prepared a Premium plan that supports SSO (single sign-on) to reduce security risks caused by managing multiple user IDs/passwords for cloud-based tools.
"Con-Bridge", which provides ID management functions for workplaces, now supports SSO integration with "AEC Collection" provided by Autodesk. This reduces security risks from design to construction by workers. Additionally, by using device IDs, secure workplace data can be used throughout the entire construction workflow.
(*1) BIM/CIM (Building Information Modelling, Construction Information Modeling/Management)
By introducing 3D models from the planning, survey, and design stages, and linking the 3D models during subsequent construction and maintenance management, it not only facilitates the sharing of information among related parties throughout the project, but also facilitates the entire construction production process. - Refers to a workflow that aims to improve the efficiency and sophistication of the management system.

■About “Con-Bridge”
"Con-Bridge" is an industry-specific service for construction workplaces developed by SBT with the aim of solving problems unique to construction workplaces. By implementing functions that meet site needs, centered around ID integrated management that utilizes SBT unique authentication platform, we support solving various problems at construction sites.
Integrated ID management enables accurate and efficient personnel (ID) management at construction sites where there are many people who handle information, and supports flexible work styles through cloud-based file sharing functions. You can reduce management man-hours, improve security levels, and improve the efficiency of field operations.
Con-Bridge can also be linked with Microsoft 's authentication platform Azure AD.
