Notice regarding appointment of advisor

As of July 16, 2021, SB Technology Corp. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President ＆ CEO: Shinichi Ata, hereinafter referred to as SBT) has announced the establishment of a new company, Yukari Tominaga, Yuka Miyagawa. After working as a system engineer, she became the first female general manager of Hitachi System Engineering Co., Ltd. (currently Hitachi Solutions Co., Ltd.) in 2007, and the first female executive officer of the Hitachi Group in 2011. Since April 2019, he has been appointed as the company's chief diversity officer. Retired from Hitachi Solutions in March 2021, current position.
