Launch of "MSS for Azure Sentinel" to solve security operation issues

SB Technology Corp. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Shinichi Ata, hereinafter referred to as "SBT") is pleased to announce that it has added "MSS for Azure Sentinel" to its lineup of managed security services (MSS) that provide 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
"MSS for Azure Sentinel" is a security monitoring service that utilizes Azure Sentinel, a cloud-native SIEM solution provided by Microsoft. We provide post-implementation operations such as Azure Sentinel construction work, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year security monitoring, and incident analysis by security experts.
At the time of the launch of the service, Microsoft 365 E5 logs will be captured, and we plan to gradually expand it in the future.
Microsoft 365 E5 is being introduced by major companies in Japan with the aim of supporting flexible work styles. In addition to tools for working in a telework environment, multiple components for building a zero trust environment are also packaged, and more effective security measures can be taken by correlating a wide variety of logs such as PC usage status and data communication history.

Services provided by SBT for Azure Sentinel

■Background
In response to the new normal, the introduction of cloud services is progressing, and security products are required to be more cloud-native. Azure Sentinel is a cloud-native SIEM solution that can speed up alert detection, analysis, and response to security incidents, and automate operations. - It is attracting attention as an analysis platform.
Until now, SBT has provided support for "SIEM construction support service for Azure Sentinel," which provides a menu of tasks necessary for the initial construction of Azure Sentinel to achieve smooth implementation, and supports some operations that require expert knowledge, such as incident investigation. We have provided support for environment construction and operation by providing the "SIEM Operation Support Service for Azure Sentinel". Under these circumstances, we are starting to hear voices saying that they would like to outsource security operations to outside companies with experts. At companies where new ways of working, such as telework, have become established, employees can work flexibly without restrictions on time or location, but security monitoring must also be conducted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Additionally, since a quick response is required when an incident occurs, in order to continue operations with greater peace of mind, in-house operations alone may be a burden.

"MSS for Azure Sentinel" leverages the cloud and security knowledge that SBT has cultivated over the years to provide a service that covers everything from implementation work, including the construction of Azure Sentinel, to the various tasks necessary for security operations. This allows customer companies to perform security monitoring using Azure Sentinel without imposing operational burdens, enabling them to create a secure environment that provides peace of mind 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We will continue to expand the scope of capture and realize integrated log monitoring centered on Azure Sentinel, thereby supporting our client companies in establishing their zero trust security environments and strengthening their cyber resilience.
