■ SBT 's efforts regarding telework

Trials of SBT 's telework system began in June 2018 after employees said, ``Practicing a diverse work style will lead to better proposals to customers.'' After various discussions led by volunteer employees about the effective use of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and telework, the system was introduced company-wide in October 2018. Even after its introduction, we are continuing our efforts to further improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Details of the initiative are introduced in the Telework Support Declaration Project.
