SoftBank Technology Corp. ■What is Telework Days?
Since 2017, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Cabinet Secretariat, and the Cabinet Office have been working together with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and related organizations to designate July 24, the opening ceremony of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, as a "telework/ This is an initiative to implement and promote telework, which is being developed as a national movement for work style reform.

■Background of participation
SBT is promoting work style reform with the theme of "every employee can live a rich life." SBT 's telework system was started in response to employee comments such as, ``Practicing a diverse work style will lead to better proposals to customers.''
Led by volunteer employees, we exchanged opinions using Microsoft Office 365's "Teams" and "Forms" while imagining actual telework, and after verifying the effectiveness through trials, we introduced it company-wide in October 2018. have become. Even after the introduction, we are continuing activities such as verifying satellite offices and coworking spaces with the aim of further improving operational efficiency and productivity.
