SoftBank Technology Corp.
SoftBank Technology Corp. (President and CEO: Norikazu Ishikawa, headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to SBT) has teamed up with Sitecore Corporation (headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Masayuki Katayama, hereinafter referred to as Sitecore) to begin offering Sitecore's "Sitecore CMS (Content Management System)" and *"Sitecore DMS (Digital Marketing System)" products as cloud services.
By providing this system as a cloud service, companies considering introducing a CMS will not only be able to reduce their initial investment compared to traditional construction-based systems, but will also be able to eliminate the need for cumbersome operational tasks such as hardware/software maintenance, allowing marketers to focus on content creation and marketing initiatives, which is what they should be focusing on.
This platform is ideal for managing and operating websites that need to be built quickly and produce results, such as product sites and campaign sites. A feature of the cloud model is that it can flexibly accommodate the addition of resources to accommodate sudden increases in access numbers.
SBT has made use of its extensive track record in implementing access analysis and CMS products to respond to basic inquiries such as operation methods, and also dispatches engineers to in-house information sessions held by companies that have actually implemented the products. In addition, by providing technical support options ranging from various templates and the development of reporting functions to consulting on setting website KPIs, SBT offers total support to address the concerns of marketing personnel who find it difficult to master the multifunctional products.
