Notice regarding the absorption-type merger (simplified merger/short-form merger) of SB Technology Corp. by its parent company, SoftBank Corp.

SB Technology Corp. (the "Company") announces that at its Board of Directors meeting held today, it resolved to merge the Company with its parent company, SoftBank Corp., through an absorption-type merger (the "Merger"), with the merger effective April 1, 2026.
