We would like to inform you that as a result of selling a portion of our investment securities, we have generated a gain on sale of investment securities (extraordinary gain) as shown below.

   March 4, 2022 - March 9, 2022


3. Details of sale of investment securities
   (1) Stock to be sold: 1 stock of listed securities held by the Company
   (2) Gain on sales of investment securities: 857 million yen


4. Future outlook
   As a result of this sale, a gain on sale of investment securities of 857 million yen will be recorded as extraordinary income in the consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements for the full fiscal year ending March 2022.
