Notice of Board of Directors Resolution Regarding Selection of New Market Category “Prime Market”

We would like to inform you that at the board of directors meeting held today, the following resolution was passed regarding the new market segmentation scheduled for transition on April 4, 2022.

On July 9, 2021, the Company received the initial judgment results from the TSE regarding the status of compliance with the listing maintenance standards in the new market segment, and confirmed that it complies with the listing maintenance standards of the "Prime Market". Ta.

Based on this result, the Board of Directors meeting held today resolved to select "Prime Market" as the market segment to which the Company will belong from the implementation date of the new market segment and to apply to Tokyo Stock Exchange Ta.

We will proceed with the prescribed procedures in accordance with the application schedule set by Tokyo Stock Exchange.
