今週も、先週１週間（2017/11/13-11/19）分の Azure の公開情報をお送りいたします。
パブリッククラウドは日々進化しており、１週間の内に新しい情報がたくさん生まれます。
そのアップデート情報をまとめましたので、ご参考にしていただければと思います。
先週は、Azure Reserved VM Instances が GA し、１年～３年の期間で仮想マシンを予約した場合、現行価格に比べ72％のコスト削減ができるなどの新しいサービスが発表される中、仮想マシンやクラウドサービスのクラシックポータル提供終了など様々な変化がありました。
また、Microsoft Connect ();2017が開催され、Visual Studio 等に関する様々な更新も発表されています。

General availability: Azure Reserved VM Instances
- Azure Reserved VM Instances が GA されました。
1年間または3年間の期間で仮想マシンを予約することで、現行価格に比べて72％のコスト削減を実現

Azure VM からのメール送信に関するアナウンス (2017 年 11 月)
- Azure VM からのメール送信についての動作の変更
- 2017 年 11 月 15 日以降、Azure VM から外部ドメイン (たとえば outlook.com や gmail.com など) への直接のメール送信は、特定の契約種別のサブスクリプションでのみ許可するよう、動作が変更されます。許可されていない契約種別のサブスクリプションにおいては、Azure VM からの TCP/25 ポートによる外部へのメール送信を Azure プラットフォームがブロックする動作が加わります。
