Launch of ``Adobe Sign Implementation Support Service,'' which enables telework for contract operations using electronic signatures

Adobe Sign is a service that allows you to complete the exchange of documents required for contracts and approvals online using legally valid electronic signatures, and is also recommended as an electronic signature for Microsoft 365. SBT has introduced Microsoft 365 to many major domestic companies. Utilizing that knowledge, in addition to implementing Adobe Sign, we provide seamless environment construction using Microsoft Teams as an interface and workflow construction linked to Microsoft SharePoint Online.
This will enable the smooth introduction of electronic contracts that eliminate stamps and improve efficiency through document management workflows, promoting telework for contract work.

■ Background

Computerization of contract work has begun to attract attention for the purpose of reducing costs such as postage costs and improving operational efficiency, and since 2018, the market size has been increasing year by year. In response to the announcement that ``Seal stamps are not required'', consideration of introducing electronic signatures and electronic signatures* is accelerating with the aim of eliminating stamps. According to the market forecast for electronic contract services announced by ITR in July 2020, it is estimated that the market will approach 20 billion yen in fiscal 2023.

Additionally, by digitizing contracts and moving workflows such as document management to the cloud, telework will become possible for contract personnel in the legal and business departments who were forced to come to the office even during the coronavirus pandemic.
