SBT and Comture sign distributor agreement for clouXion

SoftBank Technology Corp. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President ＆ CEO: Shinichi Ata, hereinafter referred to as SBT) is a subsidiary of Comture Corporation (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, President and COO: Chihiro Sawada, hereinafter referred to as Comture). We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a sales agency agreement with clouXion, a service that promotes work style and business model transformation using the power of the cloud. Comture is the first partner to sign a distributorship agreement for clouXion.

Domestic companies are accelerating efforts to realize DX (digital transformation), including efforts to implement telework as part of work style reform, and the use of data to strengthen competitiveness and create new corporate value. However, according to an announcement by IDC Japan, while the number of companies working on DX is increasing, there are still many companies that remain at the demonstration experiment stage or whose efforts are not producing any results. Even companies that give up on transformation and innovation through DX cannot stop moving towards digitalization, and as a result, an increasing number of companies are working on improving the efficiency of existing business processes, which can be easily measured. The need for digital solutions will increase.
