~Automatically process cloud service ID management and cloud settings via workflow to strengthen governance and reduce work load~

Starting in November, SoftBank Technology Corp. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Shinichi Ata, hereinafter referred to as SBT) will launch the clouXion series, which accelerates corporate cloud utilization and supports business growth and transformation. ``Provisioning Flow'' has been added to the new lineup of ``Provisioning Flow'', which automatically processes user ID management and cloud settings in cloud services via workflow.
This service will provide ID management for Microsoft Office 365 (Azure Active Directory) and environment provisioning (*) functions for Microsoft Azure, and will support Office 365 services such as Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online within the fiscal year. .
■ New service “Provisioning Flow”
SBT is working on introducing Microsoft solutions in-house and developing unique solutions with the aim of promoting more effective cloud utilization for our customers.
"Provisioning Flow" automates the process of applying for the use of a large number of cloud services and careful internal approval to allow external use, and speeds up the flow from approval to settings and the settings of Active Directory and cloud services after approval. can be converted into Automating processes not only reduces the workload of administrators in each setting task, but also eliminates human errors and process omissions, and enables operational management with good governance, such as preventing setting errors. Furthermore, automation speeds up processing, reduces waiting time for users who have submitted applications, and enables smooth response when flexible information sharing is required on a project or team basis.
In 2018, we promoted the use of Microsoft Teams within our company, but for information systems departments and team managers, the workload of administrators in managing IDs and allocating various resources and authority was an issue. It's starting to emerge. In the future, we will continue to increase the number of functions that can be automated with this service, and will gradually provide additional functions that will make it easier for cloud service administrators to utilize the cloud.
