SoftBank Technology Corp. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Shinichi Ata, hereinafter referred to as SBT) has announced the launch of SBT 's new brand "clouXion", which accelerates the use of the cloud by companies and supports business growth and transformation. We would like to inform you that we have added four new lineups to ``John''.
Currently, the introduction of cloud computing by major companies is in the first phase, starting with communication infrastructure such as email, and digitizing internal information to realize cross-departmental data utilization and promote productivity improvements such as work style reform. Microsoft 365 Security Operation and Monitoring Service (MSS for Microsoft 365)
SBT 's security experts work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to monitor logs and security alerts and perform threat analysis, focusing on EMS (Enterprise Mobility + Security) included in Microsoft 365. When an incident occurs, we can respond to the incident by providing countermeasure support, various investigations, and recovery support to minimize damage (*).
*Incident response is handled by a separate service.
Knowledge Bot
A chatbot that integrates with Microsoft Office 365 and supports SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Skype for Business. Maintenance can be easily performed from the management screen, streamlining the inquiry response work that used to take a lot of man-hours.
Flow
It integrates seamlessly with SharePoint Online and provides workflow functionality. Users can work smoothly with multi-device support and a UI similar to SharePoint Online.
During fiscal 2018, we plan to implement automation functions for routine tasks based on workflow-based application processing.
OnePortal Modern
A portal site construction solution compatible with the modern UI of SharePoint Online. We provide a site analysis function that visualizes site browsing status and a variety of highly visual web parts, providing one-stop support from portal site development to promotion of utilization.
