Notice regarding organizational changes and personnel changes

We would like to inform you that our company has decided to implement the following organizational changes and personnel changes as of April 1, 2019.

Record

1. Organizational change (as of April 1, 2019)

Changed from "2 divisions, 12 divisions, 1 division" to "3 divisions, 12 divisions, 2 divisions".

1. In order to further strengthen the development and sales of our unique solutions, we have established a new Solutions Headquarters and transferred the functions of planning, sales support, partner sales, development, and support for original solutions from the Sales Headquarters and Technology Headquarters.
2. Newly established Solution Business Headquarters and Solution Engineering Headquarters to supervise solutions.
3. Technology management was reorganized from "5 divisions and 6 divisions" to "5 divisions and 4 divisions." Newly established Technology Management Headquarters, DX Headquarters, Cloud & Security Headquarters, and Technical Solutions Headquarters. A new area technology division was established directly under the technology division.
4. Sales management was reorganized from ``3 divisions and 2 divisions'' to ``2 divisions and 1 division.'' The name of the 1st Sales Division was changed to the Enterprise Division.
5. In order to further promote the EC business through integrated manufacturing and sales, the EC Service Headquarters was abolished and the EC Service Division was newly established.
