We would like to inform you that our company has decided to implement the following organizational changes and personnel changes as of January 1, 2019.

1. Organizational change (as of January 1, 2019)

In April 2014, we transitioned from a divisional system to a functional organization, but in order to strengthen the characteristics and driving force of public business, we changed the public business unit to an integrated manufacturing and sales organization.
