We would like to inform you of the following matters regarding our controlling shareholders, etc.

1. Trade names, etc. of the parent company, controlling shareholder (excluding the parent company), or other affiliated companies

• (Note) 1. SoftBank Group Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "SoftBank Group") is the wholly-owning parent company of SoftBank Group International LLC (hereinafter referred to as "SBGI"). As of June 15, 2018, SBGI changed its organization from a limited liability company to a joint stock company and changed its trade name to SoftBank Group Japan Corp.
• (Note) 2. As of April 1, 2018, SBGI made an in-kind investment in SoftBank Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "SoftBank") with all of the Company's shares it holds. As a result, SoftBank has become a parent company that directly owns our shares. Please note that SBGI owns 99.99% of SoftBank 's voting rights.

2. Among the parent companies, the name of the company deemed to have the greatest influence on the listed company and the reason thereof

• (Note: Effective April 1, 2018, SoftBank became the parent company directly owning our shares; however, after April 1, 2018, the parent company with the greatest impact on us is still SoftBank Group.

3． Position of a listed company within the corporate group of the parent company, etc. and other relationships between the listed company and the parent company, etc.
SoftBank Group operates businesses such as the Domestic Telecommunications Business, Sprint Business, Yahoo Business, Distribution Business, Arm Business, and SoftBank Vision Fund and Delta Fund Business. As part of this group, our company operates an ICT services business centered on domestic corporations and government offices, with strengths in technological areas such as cloud, security, and big data.

As mentioned above, SoftBank Group and SBGI are parent companies that own 54.3% of the voting rights of the Company, and are in a position to influence the management decisions of the Company through the exercise of their rights as majority shareholders. However, in developing our business, we assume management responsibility and manage our business based on our own decision-making, and we believe that a certain degree of independence is ensured.

In addition, in order to solicit opinions from outside the company and increase the effectiveness of audits, one general manager of a related business from SoftBank Group has been appointed as an auditor of the Company. The status of concurrent positions of officers is as follows.

• (Note) 1. The above table describes the situation as of March 31, 2018. As of the same date, of the six directors and four auditors of the Company, only one holds a concurrent position with the parent company, etc.
• (Note 2) As of April 1, 2018, SoftBank became the parent company directly owning the Company's shares, and the company is in a position to influence the Company's business decisions through the exercise of its rights as the majority shareholder. However, in developing our business, the company has its own management responsibility and manages its own business based on its own decision-making, and we believe that a certain degree of independence is ensured.
• (Note) 3. As of June 18, 2018, for the purpose of strengthening the audit system, etc., Mr. Takashi Naito, Executive Officer of SoftBank SoftBank Corp. Executive Officer Office Manager) has been appointed as the Company's Audit & Supervisory Board Member. Of the seven directors and four corporate auditors of the Company, only one, Mr. Takashi Naito, serves concurrently with the parent company, etc.

Four. Matters related to transactions with controlling shareholders, etc.
There are no applicable matters regarding transactions with SoftBank Group and SBGI during the current consolidated fiscal year.

Five. Status of implementation of measures to protect minority shareholders when conducting transactions with the parent company
As with other business partners, the Company determines selling prices for transactions with its parent company, taking into consideration factors such as the cost of the transaction, selling, general and administrative expenses, appropriate profits, and market trends. Furthermore, the calculation and determination of price conditions are the same as with other business partners.
