We would like to inform you that as of April 1, 2018 (scheduled), there will be changes in our parent company and our largest shareholder.
Record
1. Background that led to the change
SoftBank Group Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "SoftBank Group") is the parent company that indirectly owns the Company's shares through its wholly owned subsidiary SoftBank Group International LLC (hereinafter referred to as "SBGI"). SoftBank Group is also the parent company that indirectly owns 99.99% of the shares of SoftBank Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "SoftBank") through SBGI.
Today, SoftBank Group announced at the board of directors meeting held today that it will implement an intra-group reorganization (hereinafter referred to as the "Reorganization") that will involve the transfer of subsidiaries, with an effective date of April 1, 2018 (scheduled). We have received notification that SBGI has decided to make an in-kind investment of all of the Company's shares held by SBGI to SoftBank.
As a result, our parent company and our largest shareholder will be transferred from SBGI to SoftBank. For details regarding this organizational reorganization, please refer to the "Notice regarding intra-group reorganization" announced today by SoftBank Group.

As a result of the above change, SoftBank will now become our parent company. However, since SoftBank is a subsidiary of SoftBank Group, and the parent company that has the greatest influence on the Company is SoftBank Group, it does not fall under the category of unlisted parent companies, etc. that are subject to disclosure.

This change in parent company will have no impact on our business performance.
