Notice regarding receipt of dividends from consolidated subsidiaries

We would like to inform you that we have received dividends of surplus from our consolidated subsidiary Cybertrust Japan Co., Ltd. as follows.

(1) Dividend amount	500 million yen
(2) Date of receipt	July 14, 2017

2. Impact on performance

As a result of the receipt of the dividend, the Company recorded 300 million yen as dividend received (the amount minus the return of capital from the total amount of dividends mentioned above) in non-operating income in the individual financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018. Masu.

Please note that since the dividends are from a consolidated subsidiary, there will be no impact on the consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018.
